Memo is Sunday Robotics' household robot: a wheeled torso with a pair of arms that can crouch to the floor or reach up to 7 feet, built to clear dishes, load the dishwasher, fold laundry and tidy up around the house. Founders Tony Zhao and Cheng Chi — creators of the ALOHA teleoperation rig and Diffusion Policy — trained Memo not through teleoperation but by having thousands of contributors wear a sensor-laden Skill Capture Glove while doing real chores, turning captured demonstrations into new skills in about a week. Sunday raised a $165M Series B at a $1.15B valuation in March 2026 and began placing hand-built units with 50 beta households ahead of a planned Thanksgiving 2026 rollout.
