Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the rules for using the wujec.ai website ("Service"), an online catalog and rating platform for AI-powered robots and artificial intelligence models. The Service is operated by the owner of the wujec.ai domain ("Operator", contact: contact@wujec.ai). These Terms constitute the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

3. Account registration

Registration requires providing an e-mail address, a display name and a password, and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The agreement for account maintenance is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by you at any time by deleting the account in the account settings, without notice period and free of charge.

4. User content

You retain all rights to reviews you publish. By publishing, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display and make your review publicly available within the Service. You declare that your content is your own work and does not infringe third-party rights. It is prohibited to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, spam, or that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Moderation and reporting (DSA)

Unlawful content may be reported to contact@wujec.ai. Reports are reviewed without undue delay in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). The Operator may remove content violating these Terms and will inform the author of the reasons, with the possibility to appeal.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial descriptions and the design of the Service are protected by copyright and belong to the Operator. Factual data (specifications, dates, prices) are not subject to copyright protection. All product names, trademarks and logos referenced in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational identification purposes. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any robot or AI model manufacturer, nor with IMDb.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted to contact@wujec.ai. Complaints are handled within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (including the EU ODR platform) and retain all rights under Polish and EU consumer law.

8. Liability

Catalog information is compiled with due care from public sources but is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute commercial, investment or medical advice. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not the Operator.

9. Changes and final provisions

The Operator may amend these Terms for important reasons (legal changes, new features, security). Registered users will be notified at least 14 days in advance and may terminate the agreement before changes take effect. Polish law applies; mandatory consumer protections of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
