H2515

H2515 is the heavy-payload member of Doosan Robotics' H-SERIES, the family the Korean maker positions as the strongest collaborative arm it builds. It carries 25 kg to a maximum reach of 1500 mm — the highest payload in the company's cobot line-up, above the 30 kg P3020 palletiser only in the sense that the P-SERIES is a dedicated palletising machine rather than a general-purpose arm. The safety argument is the same one Doosan makes across its range: six high-performance torque sensors, one per axis, rather than current sensing in the drives, combined with a counterbalance (gravity compensation) mechanism in the shoulder. The counterbalance is also the reason the maker can advertise an arm weighing roughly half what comparable six-axis arms of this payload class weigh, which in turn is what makes the arm practical to remount on an AGV or AMR. Declared pose repeatability is 0.1 mm — the loosest figure in Doosan's entire catalogue. That is consistent with the pattern visible across the company's line-up: repeatability tracks arm length rather than payload, and at 1500 mm this is one of the longer arms on offer. A caution on the numbers in this profile. Doosan no longer publishes a full parameter table for the H-SERIES: the product page carries only payload, reach and repeatability, the downloadable catalogue puts its specification table in a font that renders the digits unreadable to text extraction, and the interactive comparison tool is the only place on the company's own site where the figures appear in machine-readable form. Arm mass and per-axis speeds are therefore deliberately left out of this profile rather than taken from resellers, who quote figures the maker does not confirm. The manufacturer does not date the series anywhere. 2020 here is a floor, not a launch date: it is the earliest point at which the H2515 product page is confirmed to have existed in Doosan's own catalogue (web archive snapshot of 8 August 2020).
