Ecovacs flagship that soaks dried stains with water jets before mopping, and empties itself into a bagless dock.
The DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone is the flagship of Ecovacs' 2026 line, introduced at CES 2026 and put on sale on 14 April 2026 at USD 1,499.99 (CAD 1,999.99). Its defining trick is FocusJet: infrared sensors and a camera look for dried-on stains, and the robot sprays targeted jets of water to soften them before the OZMO Roller Mop 3.0 — a 27 cm high-density roller fed by a 32-channel pressurised spray — passes over them. Suction reaches 22,000 Pa with 22 L/s of airflow, driven by what Ecovacs describes as an EV-grade battery and a high-torque brushless motor. The mechanical TruePass four-wheel-drive system crosses single thresholds up to 24 mm and continuous double steps up to 40 mm. On carpet the roller lifts by 15 mm and a cover deploys to keep the wet roller off the fibres. The OMNI station washes and dries the mop with heated water, manages cleaning solution, and empties the dust into a PureCyclone bagless bin instead of a disposable bag — the station keeps suction largely constant while emptying, which is where bagless designs usually lose out. Note that suction alone does not rank Ecovacs' range: the cheaper DEEBOT T90 Pro Omni is rated at 30,000 Pa, so the X12 is positioned on stain handling and dock design rather than on raw airflow figures.
