The mid palletiser: 12 kg to a 1500 mm radius at 3.9 m/s, IP68, 31 kg of arm on a 190 mm base.
CS512H is the middle size of Elite Robots' five-axis palletising line: 12 kg of payload out to a 1500 mm radius, which is a metre and a half of reach from an arm weighing 31 kg. The comparison that makes the point is inside the manufacturer's own catalogue — the six-axis ES612 lifts the same 12 kg but stops at 1304 mm and moves its tool at 2.8 m/s, where this arm reaches 200 mm further and runs at 3.9 m/s. Dropping the wrist roll axis is what pays for both. Repeatability is +/-0.03 mm, one step looser than the small CS56H and one step tighter than the 20 kg CS520H, tracking reach rather than payload exactly as the rest of this manufacturer's range does. Typical power draw is 410 W and the base measures 190 mm across, between the 150 mm of the small palletiser and the 240 mm of the two large ones. The arm is IP68 over its whole length as standard, works from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius at up to 90 percent relative humidity without condensation, and mounts on the floor or inverted from a ceiling. All five joints turn +/-360 degrees; base and shoulder run at 120 deg/s, the elbow at 150 and the wrist at 230. The tool flange carries 4 configurable digital inputs and 4 outputs, an analogue input and output and RS485, and the arm ships with the ERB2C600 or ERB3C600 cabinet and an ERP500 pendant. Elite Robots lists the model in its Chinese catalogue.
