Elite Robots CS520H

CS520H has the longest reach of any arm in the Elite Robots catalogue: a 2000 mm working radius, carrying 20 kg. Nothing else the company makes gets past 1522 mm, and the arm that does — the heavier CS530H — trades 478 mm of reach for its extra 10 kg. For palletising that distance is the whole point, because it decides how many pallet positions one stationary robot can serve without a rail or a mobile base. It is also the fastest tool point in the range at 4.3 m/s, faster than the 30 kg CS530H at 4.0 m/s, which is the usual result of a lighter load on a longer lever. The price is precision: repeatability is quoted at +/-0.05 mm, against +/-0.02 mm on the 1050 mm CS56H. Read across the three palletisers, the figure follows reach almost linearly — 1050 mm gives +/-0.02, 1500 mm gives +/-0.03, 2000 mm gives +/-0.05 — which is a cleaner illustration of this trade than the manufacturer's six-axis families offer. The arm weighs 57 kg, stands on a 240 mm base and draws 600 W typical. Like the rest of the CSH line it has five axes rather than six, dropping the wrist roll the palletising motion does not need, and carries IP68 protection as standard across the whole arm. Joint speeds are 125 deg/s at base and shoulder, 150 at the elbow and 210 at the wrist, all five turning +/-360 degrees. Mounting is floor or inverted ceiling. The cabinet is the ERB2C2K0 or ERB3C2K0, with an ERP500 pendant.
