Elite Robots CS616 is a six-axis collaborative arm from the CS series of Elite Robots. It carries 16 kg over a working radius of 1100 mm with a repeatability of +/-0.03 mm, weighs 33 kg, stands on a 190 mm base and draws 435 W in typical use. The CS616 and the CS618 are best read as one machine in two geometries. Both weigh 33 kg, both draw 435 W, both use the same 190 mm base, the same ERB3C1K0 control cabinet and the same joint speeds - 120 deg/s at base and shoulder, 150 deg/s at the elbow and 180 deg/s at all three wrist axes, for a maximum tool-point speed of 3.0 m/s. The difference is a straight trade: the CS616 reaches 146 mm further, the CS618 lifts two kilograms more. All six joints turn +/-360 degrees. The arm is rated IP68, works from -10 to 50 C at up to 90% relative humidity without condensation and ships with a 5.5 m cable. The tool connector carries four configurable digital outputs and four digital inputs, one analogue input and one analogue output, 12/24 V at 3 A in three-pin mode and RS485. Elite Robots declares ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849, ISO/TS 15066, RoHS, CE, UL, SEMI and ISO Class 5 cleanroom compliance. The manufacturer does not date individual models; the CS616 sits inside the original run of CS catalogue pages alongside the 2022 arms of the series, which is the basis for the year given here. It is listed only on the Chinese-language site - the international site shows a shorter CS line-up.
