Elite Robots CS618

Elite Robots CS618 is a six-axis collaborative arm from the CS series of Elite Robots. It handles 18 kg over a working radius of 954 mm with a repeatability of +/-0.03 mm, weighs 33 kg, stands on a 190 mm base and draws 435 W in typical use. Read next to the CS616 it stops looking like a separate design. Mass, typical power draw, base diameter, control cabinet, protection rating and every joint speed are identical in both cards: 120 deg/s at base and shoulder, 150 deg/s at the elbow, 180 deg/s at the three wrist axes, tool-point speed 3.0 m/s. The manufacturer has simply offered the same arm in two geometries, and the buyer picks a side of one trade - 146 mm more reach, or two kilograms more payload. All six joints turn +/-360 degrees. The arm is rated IP68, works from -10 to 50 C at up to 90% relative humidity without condensation and ships with a 5.5 m cable. The tool connector provides four configurable digital outputs and four digital inputs, one analogue input and one analogue output, 12/24 V at 3 A in three-pin mode and RS485. Elite Robots declares ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849, ISO/TS 15066, RoHS, CE, UL, SEMI and ISO Class 5 cleanroom compliance, and pairs the arm with the ERB3C1K0 cabinet and the ERP500 pendant.
