The longest arm Elite Robots sells: 1,800 mm and 20 kg, the first cobot with a second tool connector rated 24 V at 5 A, and the only CS model that gives up accuracy for radius.
Elite Robots CS620 is a six-axis collaborative arm from Elite Robots of Suzhou, carrying 20 kg over a 1800 mm radius with a repeatability of +/-0.1 mm. It weighs 60 kg, stands on a 240 mm base and draws 625 W in typical use. Every one of its six joints turns +/-360 degrees, which is unusual: most competing arms restrict at least one axis. Joint speeds are 125 deg/s at the first two axes, 150 deg/s at the third and 210 deg/s at the wrist, giving a typical tool-point speed of 3.9 m/s. Two tool connectors: T1 (M8, 8-pin) with 4 configurable digital inputs, 4 configurable digital outputs, one analogue input and one analogue output at 0/12/24 V, and T2 (12.8 mm, 4-pin) supplying 24 V at 5 A - enough to drive a powered gripper or a screwdriver without an external supply. The arm carries an IP65 rating as standard with IP68 available as an option, works from -10 to 50 C and up to 90% relative humidity without condensation, and is certified to ISO 13849. Tool-side communication is RS485 with Modbus RTU. The AC control cabinet is shared across the family: 505 x 257 x 462 mm, IP44, running from 100-240 V at 50-60 Hz, with 24 digital inputs and 24 digital outputs of which eight are safety-configurable, two analogue inputs, two analogue outputs and four high-speed digital inputs. Fieldbus support covers RS485, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP and RTU, and EtherNet/IP and Profinet in slave mode. Programming runs from the ERP400 pendant - a 12.1-inch 1280 x 800 touchscreen, IP54, 1.7 kg on a 5.5 m cable. The manufacturer dates the CS series to 2022 and this model came in the 2023 expansion of the range: it is missing from the product listing archived on 31 March 2023 and present in the listing of 19 June 2024. The 20 kg CS620 had its US premiere at EASTEC in West Springfield on 16-18 May 2023 and its European premiere at Automatica in June 2023. Elite Robots publishes no list price for this arm; it is sold through the manufacturer and its distributors.
