Elite Robots CS630 is the highest-payload arm of the CS series: 30 kg over a working radius of 1300 mm, with a repeatability of +/-0.05 mm, a mass of 58 kg, a 240 mm base and a typical power draw of 625 W. Two things separate it from the rest of the line. The first is the tool interface: while every smaller CS arm offers a single tool connector at 12/24 V and 3 A, the CS630 adds a second one rated 24 V at 5 A, and reserves a CAN channel next to the usual RS485 - the electrical budget of a gripper for 30 kg loads, not of a screwdriver. The second is a gap. The specification tables of the CS68, CS616 and CS618 all end with a certification row listing ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849, ISO/TS 15066, CE, UL, SEMI and cleanroom class; the CS630 card has no such row at all. We report that as it stands and make no assumption about what it means. All six joints rotate +/-360 degrees, at 125 deg/s at base and shoulder, 150 deg/s at the elbow and 210 deg/s at the wrist; the maximum tool-point speed is 2 m/s. The arm is rated IP68, works from -10 to 50 C at up to 90% relative humidity without condensation and ships on a 5.5 m cable. It runs from the ERB3C2K0 control cabinet, with the ERB3C2K0N and ERB3C4K0MNE as options, and is programmed from the ERP500 pendant. A note on the pictures: the product card of the CS630 uses the render of the 25 kg CS625 - the file is literally named CS625.png - so the illustration on the manufacturer page does not show this model. The year given here follows the catalogue page, first archived in December 2025, and the dimensional drawings uploaded in November 2025.
