Elite Robots CS630F is the top of the CSF force-control line: a six-axis collaborative arm carrying 30 kg over a working radius of 1300 mm, repeating to +/-0.05 mm, weighing 58 kg on a 240 mm base and drawing 625 W in typical use. Like the rest of the CSF family it has a genuine force and torque sensor in the wrist rather than force estimated from motor current. Its range is the largest in the line: Fxyz up to 500 N and Mxyz up to 50 Nm, with a stated accuracy of 10 N and 1 Nm, a resolution of 2.5 N and 0.25 Nm, and 300% overload tolerance - the same reduced overload margin the other 20-30 kg arms of the line carry, against 400% on the smaller ones. Set against the plain CS630, which shares its payload, reach, mass, base and power draw, the sensor is not free. The CS630F is rated IP65 where the CS630 is IP68, and its three wrist axes turn at 180 deg/s instead of 210 deg/s. Base, shoulder and elbow speeds are unchanged at 125/125/150 deg/s and the maximum tool-point speed is 2.0 m/s in both. All six joints rotate +/-360 degrees. The arm works from -10 to 50 C at up to 90% relative humidity without condensation, ships with a 5.5 m cable and provides a tool connector with four configurable digital outputs and four digital inputs, one analogue input, one analogue output, 12/24 V at 3 A in three-pin mode and RS485. It runs from the ERB3C2K0 cabinet, with the ERB3C2K0N and ERB3C4K0MNE as options, and the ERP500 pendant, with the ERP500S safety pendant offered separately. The manufacturer does not date the model. Every graphic on its card - the render, both working-range drawings and the cabinet photographs - was uploaded on 31 July 2026, and its catalogue page was issued after those of the 2026 models CS610A and LS65; that is the basis for the year given here.
