Elite Robots CS66A is the entry model of the CSA advanced line built by Elite Robots of Suzhou. It carries 6 kg over a 932.5 mm radius with a repeatability of +/-0.02 mm, weighs 21 kg, stands on a 150 mm base and draws 300 W in typical use. The CSA advanced line is not a trim level of the standard CS series but a different mechanism. Every joint turns +/-360 degrees, as in the CS arms, but the wrist axes run at 470 degrees per second against 230 in the standard line, and four of the five CSA models carry a force/torque sensor in the wrist as standard rather than as a separate model variant. Compared with the CS66, the volume model of the standard series, the CS66A is both more precise (+/-0.02 mm against +/-0.03 mm) and substantially faster: maximum tool-point speed is 3.4 m/s where the standard arm reaches 2.8 m/s. The price of that is mass and power - 21 kg and 300 W against 20 kg and 250 W. The wrist force/torque sensor measures Fxyz up to 150 N and Mxyz up to 10 Nm, with a stated accuracy of 3 N, 0.2 Nm and a resolution of 0.75 N, 0.05 Nm, and tolerates 400% overload. Joint speeds are 210 degrees per second at the base, shoulder and first elbow, 410 at the second elbow and 470 at both wrist axes. The tool connector carries 4 digital outputs and 4 digital inputs, one analogue input and one analogue output at 12/24 V, plus RS485. The arm is rated IP65, works from -10 to 50 C and runs from the ERB3C600 control cabinet, with the compact ERB1C600ME-Mini as an option and the ERP500 pendant for programming. Elite Robots lists this model only on its Chinese-language site; the international site shows a narrower range. No list price is published.
