ES618 is the strongest arm of the ES line, the collaborative family Elite Robots lists only in its Chinese catalogue. It handles 18 kg over a 954 mm working radius, weighs 33 kg and draws 350 W typical. Its interesting figure is the one buyers usually skip: repeatability is quoted at +/-0.05 mm, against +/-0.02 mm on the arms that stay under a metre of reach and +/-0.03 mm on the three that stretch past it. Read across the whole family, reach is what normally costs this manufacturer its precision — the 4 kg ES64-13 is held to +/-0.03 mm purely because it reaches 1300 mm. ES618 is the one arm that breaks that pattern: it reaches shorter than the ES612 and the ES616 and is still the least precise model in the line, so here it is the 18 kg load itself, not the geometry, that the manufacturer is allowing for. The joints follow: the base and shoulder run at 100 deg/s and the elbow at 127, where the entry-size ES63 reaches 153 deg/s on all three. Maximum tool speed is 2.4 m/s. The arm stands on a 128 mm base — the same dimension as the 3 kg ES63 and the two other heavy models, while the three mid-size arms use a wider 150 mm base; the figure looks like a misprint on a single product page, but the manufacturer repeats it consistently across four datasheets. The arm is rated IP67, mounts at any angle and works from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius at up to 90 percent relative humidity without condensation; the tool flange carries 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, a 24 V 1.5 A supply and an RS485 line. The manufacturer publishes no list price.
