Elite Robots ES63
Elite Robots · China · 2025
The smallest ES arm: 3 kg over 624 mm at +/-0.02 mm, IP67, 15 kg of arm drawing 185 W.
ES63 is the entry model of the ES line, the collaborative family Elite Robots lists only in its Chinese catalogue. It carries 3 kg over a 624 mm working radius with a quoted repeatability of +/-0.02 mm, weighs 15 kg and sits on a 128 mm base, a dimension it shares with the three heaviest arms of the line while the mid sizes use a wider 150 mm base. Typical power draw is 185 W and maximum tool speed 1.8 m/s. Unusually for this catalogue, the small arm is also the quick one: its first three joints all run at 153 deg/s, while the 6 kg ES66 above it is limited to 127 deg/s at the base and shoulder and the 18 kg ES618 to 100 deg/s. Precision splits along reach rather than payload: the three arms that stay under a metre of reach hold +/-0.02 mm, the three that stretch past a metre are quoted at +/-0.03 mm - including the 4 kg ES64-13, which lifts half as much as the ES68 and is still held to the looser figure - and only the 18 kg ES618 drops to +/-0.05 mm, on load rather than geometry. The whole arm is rated IP67, mounts at any angle and works from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius at up to 90 percent relative humidity without condensation. The tool flange carries 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, a 24 V 1.5 A supply and an RS485 line. The manufacturer publishes no list price, and its English-language site does not mention the ES series at all.
