Elite Robots ES66
Elite Robots · China · 2025
The mid-size ES arm: 6 kg over 914 mm at +/-0.02 mm, IP67 across the whole arm, 20 kg and 250 W typical.
ES66 is the mid-size model of the ES line, the collaborative family Elite Robots lists on its Chinese site alongside the older CS and EC series. Its geometry repeats the house standard the company has used since the EC generation: 6 kg of payload over a 914 mm working radius, a 150 mm base and every one of the six joints turning a full +/-360 degrees. What changed is what sits around that geometry. Repeatability is quoted at +/-0.02 mm, against +/-0.03 mm on the CS and EC arms of the same size, and the whole arm is rated IP67, where the CS arms are IP65 as standard and IP68 only as an option. Tool speed is given as 2.3 m/s, between the 1.5 m/s of the first-generation EC66 and the 2.8 m/s of the CS66. Typical power draw is 250 W, the same figure the manufacturer quotes for the CS66. The arm mounts at any angle, carries 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs plus a 24 V, 1.5 A supply and an RS485 line at the tool flange, and works from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius at up to 90 percent relative humidity without condensation. The manufacturer's English-language site does not list the ES series at all: the line appears only in the Chinese catalogue, where the product renders were published on 30 September 2025. No list price is given.
