Elite Robots LS65

Elite Robots LS65 is the sole member of the LS line, the lightest and slowest arm built by Elite Robots of Suzhou. It carries 5 kg over an 850 mm radius with a repeatability of +/-0.03 mm, weighs 15 kg and stands on a 126 mm base - the smallest footprint in the company range. Everything about the specification points away from the factory floor. Maximum tool-point speed is 1.5 m/s, roughly half of what the comparable industrial CS66 reaches. The tool connector is cut back to 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs, PNP only, with 24 V at 1 A, where the CS and CSA arms carry 4 in, 4 out, an analogue pair and 12/24 V at 3 A. The arm ships with the compact ERB1C600MET-Mini cabinet rather than a full-size one. The manufacturer markets the line for service and consumer settings - beverage and food preparation, retail, demonstration cells - and describes it as minimal and lightweight rather than fast or strong. What it keeps from the industrial arms is the joint range and the sealing: all six axes turn +/-360 degrees, at 125 degrees per second at the base, shoulder and elbow and 180 degrees per second at all three wrist axes; the arm is rated IP65 and works from -10 to 50 C at up to 90% relative humidity without condensation. It is built from aluminium alloy, steel, plastic and rubber on a 5.5 m standard cable, and is programmed from the ERP500 pendant, with the ERP500S safety pendant offered as an option. Elite Robots does not publish a typical power draw for this model, unlike for the rest of its range. Dating: the LS line is absent from the archived May 2025 state of the manufacturer product menu, and the product renders for this model were uploaded in May 2026, so this catalogue records it as a 2026 model. Elite Robots lists this model only on its Chinese-language site; the international site shows a narrower range. No list price is published.
