Flexiv Rizon 10s

Rizon 10s is the fourth and newest member of Flexiv's adaptive robot family, and the one the manufacturer does not date. It is absent from Flexiv's own company timeline, and its product page carries no launch announcement; what can be established is that the arm appeared in the series specification table between 14 June and 5 August 2025, which is how this profile arrives at 2025. Flexiv showed it publicly with partners Mirka and BCL at MRO Asia-Pacific in September 2025, in aerospace maintenance work. Within the family its position is easy to read. It keeps the 10 kg payload and the full 350 N of tool-point force of the Rizon 10, but measures contact twice as finely — 0.1 N against 0.2 N — and reaches 984 mm, the longest arm Flexiv sells. It is, in other words, the model that removes the compromise the Rizon 10 forces: strength without coarse touch. The cost is 1 kg of extra arm mass, 39 kg against 38 kg. Everything else is the series standard: seven rotary axes, pose repeatability of ±0.05 mm to ISO 9283, IP65 sealing, 0 to 45 °C, 20-80% humidity, under 70 dB, an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 tool flange, typical tool speed of 1.0 m/s, and mounting at any angle, including on an AMR or AGV. Control is the Hesper cabinet — 12 kg, 500 W, IP20, 423 × 230 × 230 mm, 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, PROFINET and Modbus TCP/IP — with Flexiv Elements on the teach pendant and the Flexiv RDK plus a ROS 2 driver for developers. Flexiv publishes no joint speeds, no arm power consumption, no safety performance level and no list price for this model, and no launch date. Those gaps are the manufacturer's, not this catalogue's.
