A hospital delivery cabinet on wheels with four separately locked compartments, so one trip can serve four departments: 200 kg rated load, 120 litres, eight hours per charge.
Fluvo-RX4 is the second machine in Leju Robotics' catalogue that has nothing to do with the bipedal humanoids the company is known for. Where KUAVO walks and ROBAN teaches, this is a white, 1.3-metre cabinet on a wheeled base that carries medicines, samples, blood units and waste bins along hospital corridors — the enclosed, four-compartment member of the manufacturer's Fluvo medical logistics line. The four compartments are the whole argument for the model. Each is locked separately and released either by IC card or by a code, and the cards are bound to specific departments, so a single loading at the pharmacy can be split across four wards and each recipient opens only its own box. Leju sells the same chassis in a single-compartment version (Fluvo-RX1, 130 litres) and as an open two-tray trolley (Fluvo-RT2); the RX4 trades a little volume — 120 litres against 130 — for that ability to do one pickup and several drop-offs. The machine measures 800 by 500 by 1300 mm, weighs 150 kg empty and is rated for 200 kg of cargo. It travels at 0.6 to 1.2 m/s, roughly 2.2 to 4.3 km/h, drives in both directions with automatic speed change so it need not turn around in a corridor, and needs 800 mm of clear width to pass. A charge takes two hours and lasts eight. Networking is over 5G or Wi-Fi, and several robots can coordinate their runs. Obstacle avoidance is triple, in the manufacturer's own words: depth cameras front and rear, 360-degree ultrasonic sensing, and two lidars mounted on the diagonal. Leju also markets a dedicated medical-waste workflow around the machine, in which the robot moves bulk waste from treatment rooms and operating theatres to the waste store, combines tasks automatically according to how many bins are waiting, and keeps the transport tracked — the stated purpose being to cut how often staff handle infectious waste by hand. Two cautions on the data. First, Leju's own promotional graphic for this robot states 150 kg of load and 120 litres, while the specification table on the same page gives 150 kg as the unladen weight and 200 kg as the rated load; this profile follows the table. Second, the 200 kg figure is repeated identically for all three Fluvo models, including a 20 kg open trolley, which suggests a line-wide specification rather than a per-model measurement. Leju publishes no launch date, no battery capacity and no price for the line, and the entire product page is delivered as images with no text; the 2026 year here follows the upload date of those images on the company's server (11 February 2026) and is our inference, not a company statement.
