The YUKA, introduced by Mammotion on 4 January 2024 and rolled out that summer, is the company's answer to the part of lawn care that robotic mowers normally leave to the owner: picking up what has been cut. With the optional sweeper kit fitted, the machine collects clippings, leaves and small debris into a 22-litre bag, drives to a spot the owner designates and empties the bag by itself, across up to 100 sweeping zones. Mammotion calls it the world's first self-emptying lawn sweeping mower, and no competitor in the consumer price bracket offers the same combination today. The catch is in the shop rather than in the specification: the mower costs EUR 1,249 in the manufacturer's European store, while the sweeper kit that gives it its identity is a EUR 699 accessory, so the feature adds more than half again to the price. As a mower it is a two-wheel-drive machine, distinctly less capable off the flat than the all-wheel-drive LUBA line: slopes up to 45 percent (24 degrees) instead of 80, a 320-millimetre deck with two discs of five blades and an 88 W motor each, and a cutting height range of 20 to 90 millimetres that is wider than the LUBA's. Positioning uses network RTK together with dual-camera vision, and the machine manages up to 20 mowing zones on a lawn rated at 2,000 square metres. The endurance figures are the ones a buyer should check against that rating: a 4.5 Ah battery gives 65 minutes and about 350 square metres per charge, with 100 minutes to recharge, so a lawn at the top of the rating means roughly six charge cycles spread over a day or more. The robot measures 648 by 519 by 330 millimetres, weighs 16.4 kilograms, is rated IPX6, connects over 4G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and comes with a three-year warranty. Mammotion publishes no noise rating for it.
