Announced on 13 July 2026, the Booster T2 is the company's flagship platform for embodied-AI development and a clear step up from the T1 that made Booster a fixture of RoboCup. It stands about 1.4 m tall and weighs roughly 43 kg, with 31 degrees of freedom: six in each leg, seven in each arm, three at the waist and two in the head. That waist is the headline change — the T1 had none, and three axes there are what let a whole-body controller bend, twist and reach rather than merely walk and swing its arms. The numbers Booster quotes for the launch configuration are a peak joint torque of 140 Nm, a maximum dual-arm payload of 10 kg, a top walking speed of 2 m/s and about two hours of continuous walking from a 48 V, 10 Ah magnetically charged battery. Perception is built in rather than bolted on: binocular cameras in the head and at the waist, wrist cameras on the higher editions, a microphone array, speakers and an optional lidar, tied together over Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 with USB, Ethernet and a locking USB-C port for whatever a lab wants to add. The part that drew attention is the compute. The T2 Pro edition carries NVIDIA's Thor module, which Booster rates at up to 2,070 TFLOPS on board — the kind of figure that until recently implied a rack somewhere off the robot and a network link you had to trust. Running perception, policy and control locally is the whole argument for a machine like this, and it is what Booster means when it describes the T2 as folding locomotion, perception, decision-making and manipulation into one continuous loop. The T2 is sold as a development platform, not a worker. Booster does not publish a list price: the product page routes buyers to an enquiry form, which usually means the figure depends on edition, services and volume. The T1 and K1 remain on sale below it, with the K1 holding the entry position at 5,999 dollars.
