FF Futurist

FF Futurist is the flagship of Faraday Future's embodied-AI robot line, launched in Las Vegas in February 2026 alongside the founding of FF EAI-Robotics Inc. The electric-car maker positions it as a professional service humanoid for hotels, showrooms, dealerships, museums, stages and classrooms rather than as a factory worker: a multilingual concierge, sales advisor and event host with a customisable animated face. The robot runs on NVIDIA's Orin platform with up to 200 TOPS, drives 28 high-performance motors with a claimed peak torque of 500 Nm and a power density of 125 Nm/kg, and works for about three hours on a hot-swappable battery. Perception combines high-resolution and fisheye cameras, an RGB-D camera, 3D lidar and tactile sensors; Wi-Fi and 5G enable remote control, VR teleoperation and collaborative work, and speech interaction is offered in up to 50 languages. Faraday Future sells the Futurist series from $34,990, with a $5,000 ecosystem skill package for units with secondary-development capability, and opened paid pre-orders on launch day with first deliveries planned for the end of February 2026. The company describes itself as relying on a single contract manufacturer for its robots, and its own filings flag funding and going-concern risks — so delivery volumes remain the open question. In June 2026 an updated "All-New Futurist" was shown at the Automate trade show in Chicago.
