Luna is LimX Dynamics' interactive humanoid, launched on 25 May 2026 and aimed squarely at commercial entertainment: shopping malls, theme parks, live events and role-playing characters. It stands 160 cm tall, weighs 54 kg and has 27 degrees of freedom. Instead of a mechanical head it carries a screen that displays a face, backed by speakers, lighting and multimodal interaction, so the robot reads as a character rather than as equipment. LimX demonstrated it in public before launch, at the Taobao Influencer Festival in March 2026, where it walked a catwalk and performed a spinning turn - a gymnastic move that depends on precise balance and coordinated joint control rather than on scripted playback. The company's headline software claim is that Luna can learn a dance routine from a single video clip, mapping observed human motion onto its own joints. Battery life is quoted at about four hours in normal use, with both wired charging and battery swapping, and the maker credits an improved battery management system and cooling for that figure. Trade press at launch put the price at RMB 298,000, roughly 41,000 US dollars; LimX Dynamics does not publish a price list on its own product page.
