Narwal Flow 2

The Flow 2 is Narwal's 2026 flagship, shown at CES 2026 in January and put on sale on 13 April 2026 at USD 1,299.99. Two things separate it from the rest of the range. The first is FlowWash: instead of spinning pads or a static roller, the robot uses a rolling track mop rinsed by flowing water while it works, so dirt is carried away continuously rather than smeared until the next dock visit; the water is heated to 60 C (140 F) to break down dried stains. The second is a vision-language model running on the robot, which Narwal uses for scene-level understanding rather than plain object avoidance - it feeds a 3D colour map of the home and scenario modes for babies and pets, and an AI Floor Tag feature that lets the user label areas in plain language. Suction is rated at 31,000 Pa, the highest figure in the current consumer range, with a pressure plate that seals against carpet for a claimed 4.2x instant suction boost. The chassis is 95 mm tall so it fits under most beds and sofas, crosses thresholds up to 40 mm, carries a 130 mL onboard water tank and lifts the mop 12 mm on carpet. A 7,000 mAh pack allows washing and fast charging at the same time, and the dock holds up to 120 days of dust. One caution for readers comparing docks: the product page gives mop washing as AI-adaptive between 45 and 80 C (113-176 F) in the specification block, while the marketing section of the same page advertises 100 C (212 F) hot water.
