Noetix E1
Noetix Robotics (Beijing Songyan Dynamics) · China · 2026
Noetix's 136 cm humanoid, one class above the N2: 40 kg, up to 28 joints, a 3.5 m/s top speed and an open SDK in the EDU trim — sold in China at a fraction of full-size humanoid prices.
The E1 is the machine Noetix Robotics placed above its N2: still short of adult height at 136 cm and 40 kg, but built for interaction as well as motion. Where the N2 is essentially a running and jumping platform, the E1 adds a voice module wired for large-language-model and multimodal development, a standard styled hand with an optional dexterous hand kit, and a raising neck used in its stage appearances. Producer figures: 23 to 28 degrees of freedom depending on configuration (6 DoF per leg, 5 DoF per arm with a 7 DoF option), peak joint torque of 150 Nm, a top speed of 3.5 m/s and a rated walking payload of 5 kg. Compute is 6 TOPS in the base trim on an RK3588s (four Cortex-A76 plus four Cortex-A55, up to 2.4 GHz); the EDU trim adds an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super for a combined 6+67 TOPS, opens the SDK and offers an optional lidar. Sensing is otherwise a depth camera and an IMU. The frame is aluminium under a plastic shell, offered in deep-space grey and moonlight white. One caution about the numbers. The manufacturer publishes two sets. The delivery manual gives 136 cm, a 48 V 9 Ah quick-release battery and 4-5 hours of runtime; the product page for the same robot gives 140 cm, a 10.6 Ah pack and about 2 hours, with a 5-second battery swap. We carry the manual figures as the catalogue values, because that is the document shipped with the machine, and record the marketing page as the source of the higher height and capacity. Neither set is dated, so this may be a running change rather than an error. The E1 reached a wide Chinese audience on 16 February 2026, when it appeared alongside the Bumi and the N2 in a sketch on the CCTV New Year gala. Chinese trade reporting puts it at 79,900 yuan for the standard version and 149,900 yuan for the EDU developer version; Noetix does not publish a price list on its own site, so those figures are trade reports rather than a manufacturer quote.
