SwitchBot K11+

The K11+ is the machine SwitchBot sells the most of, and it is built around a trade the company makes openly: drop the mop, keep the navigation. Where the flagship S20 washes floors with a rinsed roller, the K11+ only vacuums - but it still maps the home with LDS LiDAR, plans routes rather than bouncing off walls, and accepts no-go zones. That combination at 399.99 US dollars is what puts it against the entry models of Roborock and Ecovacs, which at this price usually navigate by camera or by chance. Suction is rated at 6,000 Pa, which SwitchBot positions explicitly against the 4,000 Pa typical of the class. The roller brush and the twin side brushes are built to resist tangling, the usual failure point in homes with pets or long hair. Side PSD sensors keep the robot off chair and table legs, drop sensors keep it off stairs, and it climbs thresholds up to 1.7 cm - a centimetre less than the flagship, which matters in flats with raised door sills. The station is the part that explains the plus in the name. It is smaller than a sheet of A4 paper, and inside it sits a four-litre antibacterial bag that SwitchBot rates for up to 90 days of collection - longer than the 70 days the company claims for its own K10+ Pro. For a household, that is roughly four bag changes a year. One detail sets the K11+ apart from most of its own family: Matter works natively, so Apple Home, Alexa and Google Home control the robot without buying a separate SwitchBot hub. The K10+ Pro still needs Hub 2 for the same job. The manufacturer's product page gives no mass, no dimensions of the robot itself, no battery capacity and no noise figure; those gaps are the reason this profile stops where it does.
