Walker C1 is the commercial-service branch of UBTech's humanoid family: where Walker S1 and S2 were sent into car factories, C1 was built for lobbies, showrooms and exhibition halls. UBTech unveiled it on 22 June 2026 at the fourth China International Supply Chain Expo in Beijing, where the robot was presented as the event's first official humanoid representative and worked the floor alongside other UBTech machines as a guide and receptionist. The robot stands 164 cm, weighs 55 kg and carries 53 degrees of freedom - noticeably lighter and less articulated than the 176 cm, 76 kg Walker S2 built for industrial payloads. UBTech attributes the weight saving to a 3D-printed lattice structure used as the robot's muscle framework. The manufacturer quotes a top speed of at least 3 m/s and a built-in motion library covering walking, running and dancing, plus omnidirectional perception for safe operation among crowds. The company describes an on-board world model and says standard interfaces and an SDK allow customers to customise behaviour. UBTech has not published a price, a runtime figure, battery capacity or compute specification for Walker C1, and has not disclosed how many units have been delivered. Its stated application areas are multilingual reception, AI-guided tours and shopping assistance.
