Unitree Aliengo

Aliengo sits between the small A1 and the industrial B-series, and was for several years Unitree's answer to customers who needed more carrying capacity than a research toy. It measures 0.65 x 0.31 x 0.6 m standing and folds to 0.60 x 0.31 x 0.15 m, weighing 21.5 kg (+/- 1 kg) without the battery. Twelve motors give it 12 degrees of freedom; Unitree quotes a walking speed above 1.5 m/s, a 13 kg load and a climbing angle of up to 25 degrees. The 12,600 mAh battery supports 2.5 to 4.6 hours of endurance, notably more than the smaller A1. Sensing consists of two depth cameras, one visual odometry camera and four foot-end sensors, with single-line or multi-line lidar available as an option — a modularity that made Aliengo popular as a mobile base for university and integrator projects. Power outputs at 5 V, 12 V, 19 V and 24-30 V plus two Ethernet and two USB 3.0 ports are provided for user payloads. Unitree does not publish a price. The model is a legacy product, superseded in the catalogue by the B-series and the newer A2.
