Unitree As2
Unitree Robotics · China · 2026
Compact industrial quadruped introduced in February 2026: 90 N·m joints, 15 kg payload, IP54 and over four hours of runtime.
Introduced in February 2026, the As2 sits between the consumer Go2 and the heavy B2: a small quadruped built for field work rather than the lab. Unitree quotes a maximum joint torque of 90 N·m, more than four hours of no-load runtime, IP54 rain protection and a 15 kg payload with a range beyond 13 km. The platform is open to secondary development, which is how most of Unitree's industrial customers use these machines — inspection routes, sensor carrying and patrol jobs written against the company's SDK. A wheeled sibling, the As2-W, was shown five months later with a heavier continuous payload and far longer range.
